BKK Governor Urges Sectors to ‘Cooperate Seriously’ to Ease Air Pollution
Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt urged all agencies and sectors to “cooperate seriously” in the long-term action plan to alleviate air pollution concerns.

The Standard, an American travel and hospitality brand, is set to open its flagship hotel in Asia, according to a social media announcement by The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon on Monday, July 4.
“From Miami to Bangkok, The Standard is here to shake things up. Get ready for one of the most highly anticipated hotel openings of the year!” The Standard said.
The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon will sport 155 guest rooms spanning 40 to 144 square meters each. Among the facilities of this hotel are a fitness center, penthouse, terrace pool, meeting rooms, and a wide array of food and beverages.
Guests who will book from The Standard’s official website can get 25% off from July 29, 2022 to February 2023.
The new project is part of The Standard’s mission to grow its presence around the globe, including Southeast Asia.
