Two Chefs Join Hands to Celebrate 'Joie de Vivre' in Culinary Event
Fine-dining enthusiasts are guaranteed to have their taste buds delighted, as two renowned chefs are set to serve a collaboration lunch and dinner for the “Beyond the Border” culinary event.
Featuring executive chef Wilfrid Hocquet of Blue by Alain Ducasse and head chef Loïc Portalier of the acclaimed restaurant Claudine in Singapore, the event will bring the two culinary icons’ dishes to the guests' tables. It will carry the theme of “joie de vivre,” which means “the joy of life.”
Each dish will represent Hocquet and Portalier’s interpretations of happiness. The menu includes the restaurants’ delectable creations, including Claudine’s Jambon Persillé with Ravigote and Choux Farci, as well as Blue’s Melon de Cavaillon, Sauternes, and Caviar and Crustacean Consommé, Pork Cheek Raviolini, Heirloom Radish.
These creations come with exquisite wine pairings curated by Blue’s beverage ambassador Khun Bella and Claudine’s head sommelier Geoffrey Leotot.
