‘Yuzu Safari’ Returns in Bangkok for a 3-Day Culinary Celebration

Park Hyatt Bangkok is set to dazzle diners once again with the highly anticipated return of Yuzu Safari 2023. Following the remarkable success of last year's event, the luxury hotel is bringing back "Yuzu Guru" Mason Florence and co-curator Dustin Joseph for an extraordinary dining experience.

Prepare to take a bite of scrumptious dishes and mouth-exploding flavours at this three-day culinary celebration on Nov. 25-27, with a special dinner and menu tasting featuring a unique Wagyu and Yuzu Omakase dining experience at Penthouse Bar + Grill. Indulge in rare “Tosa Aka Ushi” Wagyu beef and Yuzu-inspired dishes crafted by chef Benn Rowe and guest chefs Kenji Nakayama and Naoki Hayakawa on the first night.

Continuing the celebration, chef Ferran and a team of talented Spanish chefs are serving an all-Yuzu Japanese Catalan brunch at the Embassy Room – Catalan Cuisine.

To conclude this year's celebration, 15 of Thailand's most renowned chefs are serving a 10-course tasting menu at the Embassy Room – Catalan Cuisine, complete with cocktails and sake.
