Find Your Center at These Four Yoga Studios in Bangkok

Yoga has many benefits that encompass your physical, mental, and spiritual health, so you can't go wrong with starting (or ending) your day with it. Sure, some yoga poses may look intimidating, but don't let these discourage you from trying a class out or continuing your yoga journey!

In Bangkok, you'll be glad to know that there is no dearth of yoga studios around. Here are four you should make sure to check out!

Absolute You

This boutique fitness studio offers a complete 360-degree exercise solution, from yoga, Pilates, cycling, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to nutritious food menus and wellness programs. Founded by Benjaporn Karoonkornsakul, Absolute You has 11 studios in Thailand and three studios in Singapore, and 15,000 active members. It offers multiple yoga classes, such as hot yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, yoga Pilates, Yin Yang, and more.

Eclipse Yoga

Eclipse Yoga along Ratchadapisek Road is Bangkok's first ever blacklight exercise studio. It offers a variety of classes, such as inside flow, hoop yoga, Ashtanga yoga, yoga fly, go go pole, piloxing, and bounce and burn. These classes are perfect for those with diverse fitness needs, from wanting to improve one's core muscles and flexibility to finding inner peace and relaxing.

YogaSutra

Ever want to do yoga while overlooking the beautiful view of the skyline? YogaSutra Studio on Sathorn Road makes this possible. YogaSutra is considered as one of Thailand's pioneering yoga studios, having been established since 2003. It prides itself as being the country's "first yoga sanctuary in the sky," as it is nestled on the 32nd floor of Sathorn Nakhon Tower. It also has another location at the All Seasons Place. It offers Pilates, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, power yoga, and more onsite and online.

Yogatique

This studio along Sukhumvit Road offers various styles of yoga for every level. You don't have to worry about blending in in Yogatique, as the classes here celebrate every student's individuality. Its classes include Hatha, Yang, and Vinyasa, with variations of the latter like Take a Deep Breath and Let Go Vinyasa flow, Feel More Think Less, and Creative Calm, among many others.

Those interested to try a class out can avail of its drop-in rate of THB450. Meanwhile, those holidaying for a week in the area can go for The Backpacker, which allows one week of unlimited yoga for THB1,400. It also has class passes for five, 10, and 20 sessions, and unlimited classes from a month up to a year.
