Internationally known Japanese rock band Coldrain has announced on social media that they’ll be holding their first Asia tour in four years this May!

Presented by Neon Lit, Loudly Prefer, and Icon Promotions, the “Coldrain Asia Tour 2023” will see the five-piece act perform at three cities: KITEC Music Zone @ E-Max in Hong Kong on May 25; The Street Ratchada Hall in Bangkok, Thailand on May 26; and Zepp New Taipei in Taiwan on May 28.

They’ll also be supported by Japanese metalcore band Paledusk and Thai metalcore band ANNALYNN (Thailand only).

Tickets are now on sale through the respective ticketing channels of each city.

  • Hong Kong – HK$550 (advance), HK$680 (VIP)
  • Thailand – THB2,500 (early bird), THB3,000 (regular), THB3,500 (VIP)
  • Taiwan – NT$2,000 (advance), NT$2,400 (on-site), NT$3,000 (VIP)

Known for their hits “Envy,” “The Side Effects,” “January 1st,” and “Mayday,” which is the opening theme for the animation series “Fire Force,” Coldrain is a post-hardcore metal band from Nagoya, Japan with songs all written and performed in English.

The group was formed in 2007 and is composed of Masato David Hayakawa, Ryo Yokochi (Y.K.C.), Kazuya Sugiyama (Sugi), Ryo Shimizu (RxYxO), and Katsuma Minatani.
