New HK$5000 Consumption Vouchers for Hong Kong Given Out in April 2023
Consumptions vouchers worth HK$5000 will be given to Hong Kongers in two batches to revitalise the economy, Financial Secretary Paul Chan announced.

The Hospital Authority today announced it would activate five more designated clinics tomorrow (March 2) to cope with a wave of COVID-19 infections under the city’s fifth wave.
The five newly opened designated COVID-19 clinics are the Violet Peel General Out-patient Clinic, Aberdeen Jockey Club General Out-patient Clinic, Tseung Kwan O (Po Ning Road) General Out-patient Clinic, Fanling Family Medicine Centre, and Yan Oi General Out-patient Clinic.
The clinics are designated for confirmed asymptomatic and mild COVID-19 patients to assist in providing diagnosis and treatment, including those requiring medical advice while awaiting admission to hospitals or isolation facilities.
As of 5 PM on Feb. 27, the Hospital Authority confirmed that nine designated COVID-19 clinics have provided services to over 13,000 attendances.
