HK Government Opens New Satellite Community Vaccination Centre in Causeway Bay

As part of Hong Kong COVID-19 vaccination efforts, the government opened a Satellite Community Vaccination Centre in Leighton Centre in Causeway Bay yesterday, Feb. 11. Upon its opening, the public can start making reservations through the online booking system to receive “BioNTech vaccine for persons aged 12 or above and Sinovac vaccine for persons aged 5 or above,” according to a government-led website.
The recently established vaccination centre is a converted car park located on the seventh floor of the commercial building. There is a dedicated elevator from the ground floor going to the inoculation area and relevant signages are available to provide directions and information.
The Satellite Community Vaccination Centre in Leighton Centre is open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM and will be closed for one hour (between 1:30 and 2:30 PM) to disinfect the area.
