Mainland Higher Education Online Expo Begins Dec. 3 for Students
Organised by the Ministry of Education and the Education Bureau, the Mainland Higher Education Expo 2023-24 will be held online from Dec. 3- 9.
The expo will welcome prospective Hong Kong students to explore options for tertiary study on the mainland and understand the requirements for the Scheme for Admission of Hong Kong Students to Mainland Higher Education Institutions for 2023-24 academic year.
More than 130 mainland Chinese higher education institutions and colleges will participate in the Hong Kong-based admission scheme and will set up booths in the virtual exhibition to provide information to students on admission requirements, tuition fees, facilities, subjects, and school life, according to a government news portal yesterday.
Sharing sessions from former students and mainland Chinese educational officials will be broadcast live online here on Dec. 3 and 4 for students to gain a better understanding of university life in China.
