New LeaveHomeSafe Hotline to Assist Hong Kong Public
A new LeaveHomeSafe telephone hotline (+852 2626 3066) has been launched to handle enquiries from Hong Kongers installing or using the vaccine pass app, including updating the app, storing and displaying the vaccine pass, and how to use the app properly.
The hotline will operate from 7 AM to 9 PM daily.
Hong Kongers are also being advised to visit the LeaveHomeSafe thematic website for usage details and how to make enquiries, and seek assistance from staff at OGCIO mobile pop-up stations assisting the public in 25 MTR stations on how to use the app.
