Henry Grill Launches New Southern and Mexican-inspired Cocktail Menu

High-class Texan butcher house Henry Grill, housed in the illustrious Rosewood Hotel Hong Kong, has launched a new cocktail menu featuring flavours and tipples inspired by mixes from the American South and Mexico.

The “Taste and Culture of Southern States and Mexico” designed by the in-house HENRY and overseen by Director of Bars at Rosewood Hotel Simone Rossi ushers in five eclectic cocktail mixes employing imported tipples and brewed ingredients.

The lemon-forward ‘Santa Fe’ uses Midori to blend an acidic drink with jalapeno, lemon, cucumber, orange, vinegar, and Londo Essence soda water. For more Cali-inspired drinks, try the ‘San Diego’, using ecoSPIRITS Widges Gin, Mancino Vermouth, Bianco, peach, beetroot, peach bitters, and champagne. Or the ‘Cali’, with Michter’s Distillery, LLC Rye whisky, Biscotti, California white and red wine, and orange bitters.

The ‘Coffee City’ brings darker and muskier flavours with ecoSPIRITS Plantation dark rum, coconut, Mr Black coffee liqueur, espresso, coconut flake, sieste misterio doba, yej mezcal, spiced BBQ tomato juice, lime, agave and salt, and Tabasco. Try the ‘Tijuana’ for more Mexicana rhythms with Altos Tequila Blanco, homemade tepache, lime, pineapple, and pepper.
