The Kowloon Lobby Lounge partners with Korean skincare brand Eurobeaute to present ‘Nourishing Tea-spiration’, an exclusive afternoon tea set offering refined sweets and treats that adopt a refreshing seasonally inspired palette. From edible flowers to tempting nibbles, the tea set is plated in a white-blue floral birdcage, transporting guests into a world of endless spring.

Diners can expect eight savouries and sweets, including but not limited to Crab meat, celery, and crab roe with white truffle mayonnaise, Duck liver with hazelnut crisps and pear confit, Lemon Yuzu meringue tart, and White coffee macarons. Seasonal fruits and signature tea and coffee blends are also provided as part of the tea set, alongside a special Eurobeaute skin care set which includes their signature firming cream, renewal moisturizing cream, and golden revitalising serum.

Newly opened Regent Hong Kong bursts into the culinary scene as must-eat dining destination this Easter, providing a plate for gourmands and kids alike. This spring, Regent Hong Kong’s Lobby Lounge spotlights a selection of indulgent and adorable pastries inspired by the fun-loving easter season.

Created by Execuitve Pastry Chef Andy Yeung, guests can expect gemlike creations from Cacao (a chocolate cream with caramelised cocoa nibs and hazelnut praline), to Carrot (a classic carrot cake with cream cheese frosting) and Coconut (a coconut streusel with mango lime confit and coconut mousse). Enjoy these delectable treats and more, including a bespoke collection of full-sized cakes against the dramatic backdrop of the Victoria Harbour.

With Hong Kong’s Art Basel just around the Corner, Island Shangri-La brings tests their pastry expertise in honour of the celebrated art fair. Inspired by the innovative use of colours in classical and modern art, Island Shangri-La’s Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky and Executive Pastry Chef Julien Gourmelon has curated a medley of artistic delights for both the eyes and tastebuds.

The limited time menu features Black and White (a sesame sponge and nougatine cake), Sakura x Butterfly (Strawberry confit and Sakura mousse with vanilla sponge cake), Rainbow Sandwich (with truffle, ham and cheese) and the Purple Palette (a vanilla mouse with blackcurrant jelly).

On top of the ‘Art on the Plate’ afternoon tea offering, the Island Shangri-La is also presenting a ‘Blooming Spring’ Afternoon tea set from Mar. 14 to Apr. 23.

Both classic and timeless, the ‘Stay Fabulous’ Afternoon Tea brings together two time-honoured brands and values to create a dazzling tea menu to celebrate the launch of Elizabeth Arden’s Ceramide collection.

Drawing inspiration from the skincare brand, guests can indulge in sweets such as the White Chocolate Mousse with pink Guava, Raspberry Macaron, Honey Almond Cake Short, and the Mixed Berries Crumble Tart.

Diners with a penchant for savouries may prefer tea-time classics such as the Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Finger Sandwich, Honey Roasted Chicken Wing Lollipops, and a crunchy and tangy Bacon, Egg and Cheese Tartlet.

As part of the Afternoon Tea set, guests will be able to take home a complimentary seven-piece skincare trial kit filled with ceramide creams and serums to repair your mask-bitten skin and give it a new elegant glow.

The Afternoon tea set features a savoury selection of Arctic Prawns and Beetroot & Apple Herring smørrebrød, staying true to its Nordic roots.

In an ode to springtime flavours, sweet delights such as the Orange Chocolate Madeleines, Lingonberry Butter Cookies, and the classic Hjem signature Cinnamon & Cardamom Bun.
