Sneaker Surge Collabs with Cookie DPT to Launch New Sneaker DPT Concept
December 09, 2022
Cookie DPT, Hong Kong’s leading cookie monopoly located on the steps of SoHo, has partnered up with online sneaker store, Sneaker Surge, to launch the exclusive new concept Sneaker DPT over two weekends. Visitors can head over to gush over limited edition shoes and streetwear collectibles and enjoy sneakerhead-inspired cookie flavours to boot.
With access to check out coveted classics, such as the Louis Vuitton Jenga Set, the Virgil Abloh x IKEA clock, and limited-edition sneaker releases, purchase and munch on the Cookie DPT-created Nike SB Dunk Low "Chunky Dunky,” Jordan 1 "Lost and Found,” Nike Kobe 6 Protro "Grinch," Nike Jordan 1 Low x Travis Scott "Reverse Mocha," and Nike Retro Dunk Low White Black "Panda."
The sweet collaboration was brought together by co-founders Ravine and Serena Mahtani of Sneaker Surge and Wil Fang, founder of Cookie DPT, sharing their mutual love for sneakers, fashion, cookies, and pop culture.
The Sneaker DPT pop-up is set to debut on Dec. 10 through to 11 (Saturday to Sunday) and Dec. 16 to 18 (Friday to Saturday).
"This concept of combining food and fashion is particularly meaningful due to my passion for both," said Wil Fang. "We draw a lot of inspiration from streetwear and sneakers with our brand and products. This collaboration with our friends at Sneaker Surge is a testament to how food can bring different industries and cultures together. I'm beyond excited at the endless possibilities of what we can create, and I hope this is just the beginning."
"I've always wanted to be more than just a reseller. Sneaker DPT is a space that invites conversation and inspiration, pushing the culture to go beyond what it is today," said Ravine Mahtani.
