Alice Pizza Opens First Asia Store in Wan Chai for Authentic Roman Pizza

Alice Pizza, the celebrated leader in Roman teglia pizza, is set to create a buzz in Hong Kong as it opens its doors in Wan Chai's Queen's Road East in early September.

Renowned for its rectangular, pan-baked recipe, Alice Pizza has earned the prestigious distinction of being named among the "Top Pizzerias in Italy 2023" by the esteemed rating platform, Gambero Rosso.

With most of its ingredients imported from Italy, this franchise marks Alice Pizza's first foray into Asia. Originating from Rome, Alice Pizza specialises in the masterful art of Roman pan (teglia) pizza. Prepared in large rectangular baking tins, the pizzas are baked to perfection and served "al taglio" – sliced into pieces and sold by weight – within just 10 minutes.

The "al taglio" style of pizza, initially popular as street food for busy workers, has now become a beloved tradition throughout Italy. Each freshly baked pizza is custom-sliced to cater to individual preferences, allowing pizza enthusiasts to savour a wide variety of flavours in a single sitting.

With the option for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery, Alice Pizza ensures that pizza aficionados can enjoy their favourite dishes at their own convenience throughout the day.
