French GourMay Returns to Hong Kong and Macau in May 2023

The French GourMay Food & Wine Festival returns this year to celebrate French culture and gastronomy. From May 1 to 31, 2023, this year’s edition of the festival will take a focus on French sparkling wines.
Each year, the festival celebrates the unique culinary treasures of France in collaboration with one French region. An unmissable opportunity to indulge in the richness of French gastronomy in Hong Kong and Macau, the French GourMay Festival showcases the diversity of sparkling wines and their versatility, showing how sparkling wine can easily be paired with cold or hot starters, seafood, white meats, cheeses, and desserts.
French GourMay is supported by more than 64 restaurants, from gastronomic to fine dining and casual dining, 26 French food and wine importers and distributors, more than 57 retail outlets, and 9 learning centers.
The 14th edition of French GourMay, supported by Hong Kong Tourism Board, will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the French May Arts Festival. Hosted by French Trade Commission - Business France, the French GourMay Festival is headed under the umbrella of French May Arts Festival.
Residents and visitors in Hong Kong and Macau will be able to taste the rich variety of French sparkling wines, from worldwide renowned houses to small independent producers.
