Jimmy’s Kitchen Launches Happy Hour with New Bar Menu
Jimmy’s Kitchen, a storied name in Hong Kong’s culinary scene, is introducing a new Happy Hour at its newly renovated location in the Pedder Building, Central. The restaurant, a part of the Epicurean Group, is celebrated for its British-inspired continental fare and has become a contemporary hotspot in Hong Kong.
The new Happy Hour, hosted daily from 4-7 PM at the Cocktail Bar, offers guests a place to relax and enjoy a variety of specially crafted bar snacks alongside a comprehensive drink menu. The bar menu, curated by Executive Chef Russell Doctrove, features a mix of Jimmy’s Kitchen classics and new creations such as Homemade Cornbread, Crispy Pork Crackling, and Prawn Cocktail, with prices ranging from HK$48 to HK$258.
Noteworthy additions include the Alijomar Iberico Ham, aged for 48 months, and the Crispy Coronation Fried Chicken, a novel take on the traditional British dish. For seafood lovers, the menu offers freshly shucked oysters with varieties like Belon ‘1930’ No. 000 and the limited-time Fat Bastard and La Josephine No. 1 oysters.
Jimmy’s Kitchen also prides itself on its beverage selection, featuring over 150 wine labels and innovative cocktails priced at HK$140 each. Signature cocktails include the Far East Mule, perfectly paired with Jimmy’s Madras Curry, and the Hong Kong Style Tea Punch, inspired by the local silk-stocking milk tea.
This initiative reflects Jimmy’s Kitchen’s commitment to providing a vibrant dining and social experience, combining the rich heritage of the venue with modern culinary innovations.
