LPM Restaurant & Bar Welcomes Summer with New Riviera-Menu

Popular French-Mediterranean restaurant and bar LPM welcomes summer with a new menu that highlights fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables, inspired by seaside meals along the Côte d’Azur in southern France.

Start with the Grilled Baby Peppers, Amalfi Lemons (HK$78), a zesty blend of smoky and citrusy flavours, Marinated Mussels (HK$148), a light yet satisfying dish tossed with diced celery, fennel, olive oil, vinegar, and paprika, or the Undressed Crab with Cucumber Gazpacho (HK$528) featuring crabmeat seasoned with curry lime mayo and a green gazpacho.

Their signature Smoked Steak Tartare (HK$248) is a twist on French cuisine mixed with smoked bone marrow mayonnaise, shallots, gherkins, parsley, capers, and topped with crispy potato ribbons and quail egg.

For mains, try the Grilled Whole John Dory (market price) with baby artichokes, tomato petals, baby onions, basil, and a white balsamic vinaigrette with lemon zest. The Confit Lamb Shoulder (HK$398) is slow-cooked overnight, glazed with mint-infused gravy, and served with crispy quinoa, chives, pea purée, fresh peas, and fava beans
