Prosecco Week Kicks Off in Hong Kong, Macau, & More Cities

Wine lovers, F&B professionals, and the Prosecco-loving community in Hong Kong, Macau, and China have gathered at “Prosecco Week - The Italian Sparkling Art of Living,” one of the largest celebrations of the region that honors Prosecco and the Italian lifestyle.
From May 29 to June 9, Prosecco Week brings an array of masterclasses, networking events, mixology demonstrations, wine festivals, and live streaming programs with influencers in Macau, Hong Kong, Xiamen, Beijing, and Shanghai.
The event kicked off at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, which gave the media, wine sommeliers, and bartenders a first-class wine education with the Masterclass on Prosecco DOC, held as part of VINEXPO Hong Kong.
A Prosecco DOC Cocktail Networking Event was held in Macau on June 3 in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong & Macao at the Terrazza Italian Restaurant, where local media partners and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) got the chance to interact, with a second cocktail networking event, also organized by the Italian Chamber, to follow in Hong Kong on June 4.
Rounding up the celebrations in Hong Kong, a Prosecco DOC Restaurant Promotion Party organized by Meiburg Wine Media was held on June 6 at the SKYE Roofbar and Dining.
Meanwhile, Prosecco DOC Mixology Events were also held in Xiamen and Beijing, where guests got to indulge in Prosecco DOC-based cocktails concocted by exclusive bartenders. Prosecco DOC parties were also held in these cities, where guests got to celebrate Italian living with music and festive activities.
From June 7 to 9, Prosecco Week is heading to Shanghai, where a range of events are set to take place. This includes a Prosecco DOC Mixology Event, a Prosecco DOC Wine Festival Opening Party with wine, buffet aperitif service, and music, and a Live Streaming Event with KOL Lulu Liu.
Wrapping up Prosecco Week with a bang is the Prosecco DOC Wine Festival, happening from June 8 to 9. The festival will feature Prosecco DOC wineries, lounge and photoshoot spots, food corners, and tasting activities, among others.
