The menu starts with The Batanga, a popular drink in Mexico with tequila, fresh lime and a pinch of salt topped up with Cola. Followed by smoked barbecue spring rolls, tortillas with Tomatillo salsa and guacamole, Salchipapas, Bajo and Pastrami tacos. The price begins only at HK$380 per person. Cocktail enthusiasts can also enjoy Tommy's Margaritas and Paloma with tequila, fresh lime, and topped up with grapefruit soda for just HK$75 each.

On this symbolic day of Mexican culture, Chef Edgar is taking an innovative twist on Mexican delights and prepared mouth-watering dishes such as Queso Fundido, Tinga de Pollo, Carnitas and Tacos de Cabeza. An addition of $50 can grant you margaritas between 6 PM and 7 PM and up to a 1.5-hour margarita free flow for $248 per person.
