LOLA Cocktail Bar, Inspired by Spanish Libations, Set to Open in Central

LOLA, a new cocktail bar inspired by the flavours of Spain and Latin America, is set to open Thursday Sep. 22 in Central, marking a new beginning for south European libations and flavours in Hong Kong.
Curated by lover of Spain and its flavourful libations, former mixologist turned entrepreneur Jassi Singh, LOLA aims to bring Hong Kongers through the rhythms of a Spanish night, pairing cocktails hailing from different regions of the country with a snack menu featuring flavourful Spanish nibbles.
Each alcoholic concoction at LOLA includes varied types of Sherry, Spain’s national wine, with cocktails defined with Fruity, Tropical, Spiced, Savory, Nutty, and Luscious choices.
The Gage Street bar is set to welcome friends and family for their grand opening Thursday from 6 PM to 9 PM. RSVP required via WhatsApp on 5348 4775.
