Holding a full week of Thanksgiving celebrations from Nov. 23 to 27, Lan Kwai Fong’s very own surf and turf specialists Porterhouse Seafood & Steak is delivering on a five course Thanksgiving set dinner priced at HK$788 per person. Begin the meal with Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, topped with pickled mushrooms, charred Japanese eggplant, and shiso sabayon. The second course is Roasted Squash & Ginger Soup, paired with Grandma’s Italian meatballs, followed by a Mushroom Risotto.
