Louise Hosts Four-Hands Dinner with Franckelie Laloum & Christian Le Squer
French restaurant Louise is welcoming world renowned, three-Michelin starred Chef Christian Le Squer, who heads the Four Seasons Hotel George V and Le Cinq in Paris, for a special Four Hands dinner event on Feb. 15.
Slated for Wednesday evening Feb. 15, this dinner is a one-night-exclusive event of reinvigorated traditional French fare, infused with the rich, shared histories of Louise’ house Chef Franckelie Laloum and Chef Christian.
Marking the first collaborative event of the year, the dinner marks a reunion between the two, as Chef Christian had previously acted as mentor to Chef Franckelie, who now holds one Michelin star himself.
Enjoy a menu of luscious French gastronomy incorporating fresh ingredients à la signature Louise fashion. Highlights include marine delights such as Dill marinated Hokkaido scallops with horseradish condiment, smoked sardines, Slightly pan seared Brittany langoustine in warm mayonnaise with crispy buckwheat galette, as well as ample and gorgeous mains like Australian beef tenderloin "Black Market" mozzarella di buffala and black truffle. This dinner is priced at HK$1998 per person.
