Pirata Group Kicks Off 2023 with Four Hands Chef Experience Pirata Re-Mix
January 16, 2023
Pirata Group has kicked off 2023 with Pirata Re-MIX, an exclusive four-hands dining experience available across six nights in January and February, with an innovative yet classic approach, from Indian and Japanese, to Italian and Japanese, as well as Spanish and Nikkei cuisine.
The group’s greatest storytellers, its chefs, join forces and blend cooking styles to double the culinary creativity on guests’ plates. The experience will be led by Executive Chefs Prabir Banerjee and Kyle Lee, who will take guests on a journey from New Delhi to Tokyo, bringing out the bold flavours of India and the precision of Japan across eight unique plates, available only on Jan. 11 at Chaiwala and Jan. 18 at Honjokko.
Executive Chefs Emanuele Canuto and Stephan Joubert have masterminded a larger-than-life four hands menu that combines the elegance of Honjo’s modern Japanese cuisine with the bombast of La Favorita’s Italian fare to surprise the taste buds and delight the mind. The menu will be available exclusively on Jan. 25 and Feb. 1 at La Favorita and Honjo.
The experience will conclude with Executive Chefs Víctor Caballé Molina and Arturo Melendez conjuring up a four-hands menu for Pirata Re-mix. Guests can savour this one-of-a-kind dining experience on Feb. 8 at Tokyolima and Feb. 15 at The Optimist. Select items from the menu will also be available from Feb. 9-13 at TokyoLima and Feb. 16-21 at The Optimist.
