Porkcentric is excited to share its New Year's Eve Special Menu with all its festive friends! This year, they're featuring an array of succulent dishes that will tantalise your taste buds, including Natural Beef Cheek Goulash with Silesian Mashed Potatoes, Mediterranean Sea Bream Fillet with Silesian Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus & Shellfish sauce. There's something for everyone to enjoy.
No meal is complete without a delicious dessert. Their New Year's Eve Special Menu also includes a Moloka Milk Cake with Chocolate Ganache & Blueberries. So, get down to Porkcentric and celebrate the new year in style! Manning the Martini bar will be local bartending legend and guest mixologist, Pawel Mikusek. Hailing from Poland, Pawel moved to Hong Kong some years ago and has led several of the city's most iconic cocktail bars, including Lily & Bloom and Honi Honi Tiki Lounge.
