Macau Launches New Cross-Border Bus Service From HK Airport to Macau Port

The Hong Kong-Macau cross-border bus service officially began its operations yesterday, directed by the Macau Government Tourism Office, according to a press release by Macau Government News on Aug. 30.
The cross-boundary service seamlessly connects the Hong Kong International Airport Sky Pier Terminal Transfer Coach and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) Macau Port. It aims to promote joint travel by bringing in more tourists from regions lacking direct flight alternatives to Macau via Hong Kong.
This new venture aligns with the rapidly growing international market, which has been spurred by the surge in passenger volume at the Hong Kong International Airport. The bus service offers hassle-free check-in and through-check facilities for travellers who prefer to extend their Macau trip and return directly to Hong Kong via the HZMB Macau Port.
