Now led by Executive Chef Kevin Zhu, the opulent Lakeview Palace
is set to dazzle diners with its new exciting twist on Jiangnan cuisine at Lakeview Palace, located by Performance Lake at Wynn Palace.
At Lakeview Palace, Chef Zhu masterfully combines Huaiyang
and Cantonesecuisines, showcasing the intricate knife skills of Huaiyang cuisine alongside the fresh, delectable seafood of Cantonese fare.
Diners can savor these culinary delights while enjoying the peaceful ambiance and stunning views of Performance Lake through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.
The unique dishes on offer include the Steamed Snow Crab, a prime example of “New Huaiyang Cuisine.” This vibrant red-orange crab, bright green spinach, and delicate white tofu come together to create a colorful and flavorful dish.
Another highlight is the Double-boiled Jinling Style Duck Soup. Chef Zhu uses Qingyuan Blue-headed Duck, combining the rich flavors of Nanjing’s traditional stewed duck with the tenderness of roasted duck to create a comforting and authentic taste of his hometown.
For a more indulgent option, try the Braised Wagyu Beef with Crispy Skin and Finger Lime. This dish draws inspiration from Jiangnan's tradition of slow-cooked veal, featuring A3 Wagyu beef that's slow-cooked, then quickly fried to create a crispy texture, served with a homemade sauce made from over 10 types of vegetables.
To complement the food, Wynn’s Head Mixologist Mark Llyod has crafted a range of creative cocktails, an homage to Chinese tea culture. Guests are invited to choose from over 100 award-winning wines
