Award-winning South Korean film “Parasite” will finally be available for streaming on Netflix Philippines starting May 13!
The comedy thriller can be seen lined up under Netflix’s “Coming Soon” tab. The movie is also searchable on the Netflix app although a preview remains unavailable.
This move gives the Filipino audience more ways to watch the acclaimed movie. Last Feb. 15, “Parasite” began streaming through Viu Philippines’ premium subscription.
Directed by Bong Joon-ho, the film boasts a flurry of awards under its belt including the 2020 Academy Award for Best Picture, BAFTA 2020 Best Original Screenplay, and the Palme d’Or at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival.
