Linya-Linya Releases Pet Bandana Collection to Raise Awareness on Animal Rescues, Strays

Local clothing brand Linya-Linya released last week a pet bandana collection to raise awareness on animal rescues and rehoming stray animals. Highlighting witty statements in Tagalog, the bandanas are part of a cause to support PAWSsion Project.

Paboritong Anak – Translation: Favorite Child

Alagang-alaga – Translation: Well-taken Care Off, or Well-kept Pet since “alaga” in Tagalog can also mean pet

Maamo(y) – Translation: Tame or domestic (maamo), or smelly (maamoy)

PAWSsion Project is a non-profit organization that rescues, rehabilitates, and rehome stray animals. At present, their Bacolod and Bulacan shelters are housing a total of 450 rescued dogs and 150 rescued cats. It’s one of the many advocacies of Linya-Linya and the only animal welfare group the brand supports to date. In August, they released a limited-edition collaboration shirt for PAWSsion Project’s week-long event for International Homeless Animals Day 2022.
