Complete Your Breakfast or Brunch With These Eggs Benedict Dishes in Metro Manila

Eggs Benedict Dishes in Metro Manila

Eggs Benedict is one of those dishes that pervades breakfast and brunch tables due to its popularity — and for good reason. It's rich, creamy, tangy, and buttery at once without being too heavy. An open-faced sandwich, the eggs Benedict comprises a halved toasted English muffin, poached eggs, bacon, and Hollandaise sauce.

While pandesal and sinangag (garlic fried rice) reign supreme in Filipino breakfasts, eggs Benedict is a must-try if you want something new to the palate. Here are some places where you can sample eggs Benedict!

Apartment 1B

Comfort food restaurants run aplenty now in the country, but Apartment 1B is known as one of the pioneers of this concept. Since 2016, this restaurant by chef Marivic Diaz-Lim has been serving up all-time favorites like grilled pork chops, eggs Benedict, French onion, and more. Its eggs Benedict allows customers to choose between one or two pieces among ham and seasonal greens, mushrooms and wilted arugula, and smoked salmon and spinach. For other egg-based breakfasts or brunches, you can go for its two-egg breakfasts and three-egg omelettes.

You can find Apartment 1B in Salcedo Makati, The Henry Hotel in Pasay, at Arya Plaza in Bonifacio Global City, and at Henry Taramindu in Batangas.
