Classy Oxfords and Loafers for Women From Filipino Brands

Shoes can make or break an outfit and even boost your self-confidence. For women, footwear styles run aplenty, from heels and flats to clogs, mules, sandals, and more. But if looking stylishly cool is what you’re after, look no further than oxfords and loafers. Find these two classic styles from these Filipino brands.

Andanté

If you're all about chic and timeless footwear and a company that's committed to sustainable and fair-trade practices, then look Andanté's way. You'll love its modern take on its loafers and oxfords, especially if you're the minimalist but stylish type! Its Balmore Oxfords come in three colors, mainly tan, antique white, and black, and retail for P2,890. For its loafers, you can choose between The Modern Loafer or The Penny Loafer (P2,890).

Rob & Mara

Rob & Mara is a fully homegrown and family-owned brand dedicated to creating premium full-grain leather footwear and accessories for the everyday Filipina. It is run by a small, dedicated team, and each pair of shoe is hand-cut, hand-stitched, and hand-lasted by its sapateros. Its Margaux oxfords (P2,190) come in a wide range of colors, from classics like cognac brown, tan, and nude to eye-catching cherry and flamingo. Its loafers, which range from P1,880 to P2,800, come in four different styles: the sophisticated Cameron Penny loafers, the espadrille-inspired Paige loafers, the relaxed Blaire loafers, and the vintage-style, tasseled Tokyo loafers.

The Cobbler

If you want the best quality shoes, you can check out The Cobbler. Founded in 2018, this footwear store works together with shoemakers from Marikina, the shoe capital of the Philippines. Its line of loafers boasts of six styles and range from P3,499-P3,799. We personally love its tasseled Marty loafers, which come in amaretto, black, and walnut brown. The Cobbler's shoes are made to order, so expect to wait three to four weeks for your precious shoes to be crafted!

Hers by Godfather

This footwear brand is the women's line of Godfather Shoes, which has been selling handcrafted shoes since 1986. Hers by Godfather's shoes are made-to-order, made of genuine leather, and are handcrafted and hand painted in Marikina by local shoemakers and artisans. To order, you can reach out to Hers by Godfather on Facebook or Instagram, where they will ask you to choose what kind of shoes and details you want: heeled oxfords, leather soles, or rubber soles. Once an order is placed, Hers will send you guidelines on how to accurately measure your shoe size.
