‘Squid Game’ Star Wi Ha Jun Is Coming to Manila for a Fan Meeting on May 21
Heads up, K-drama fans! South Korean actor Wi Ha Jun, who’s best known for his role as police officer Hwang Jun-ho in the Netflix survival drama TV series “Squid Game,” is coming to Manila for the first time to hold a solo fan meeting next month.
Presented by local clothing brand BENCH/, “Gameplay with Wi Ha Jun: The Fan Meet” will take place on May 21 at the New Frontier Theater.
The mechanics have yet to be announced, so fans excited to meet the 31-year-old actor should keep their eyes peeled on the brand’s social media accounts.
Wi Ha Jun made his acting debut in 2012 and has become known for his roles in the “Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum” (2018), “Shark: The Beginning” (2021), and “Midnight” (2021) films, as well as the “Something in the Rain” (2018), “Romance Is a Bonus Book” (2019), and “18 Again” (2020) television series.
He was announced as the brand’s Global Bench Setter in May 2022.
