Streaming behemoth Netflix has just capped off its global fan event called Tudum, and with it came an impressive line-up of movies and series that will keep the couch potato in us occupied throughout next year. In case you hadn’t noticed, Tudum is the phonetic spelling of that sound you hear at the start of every Netflix show. It debuted in January 2020 as an in-person event before going online in succeeding years.

Tudum sets the stage for fans around the world to get a glimpse of Netflix’s upcoming original movies and series at a time when competition over subscribers count gets ever more intense. This year’s event, however, did not disappoint as the company unrolled the red carpet with exciting teasers and trailers — from the much-anticipated new seasons of “Squid Game,” “Alice in Borderland,” “The Witcher,” and “The Crown,” to new shows and spin-offs like “Pinocchio” and “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story,” respectively. Jamie Foxx hosted the online event and shared the virtual stage with co-host Millie Bobby Brown, who also presented an exclusive peek into “Enola Homes 2.”
