Embark on a delightful culinary adventure with our first in-store event of the year, a sake and chocolate pairing session at 31 Binjai Park on Saturday, 3rd February. This unique experience, priced at $65 per person, features two sessions from 2pm to 3.30pm and 4pm to 5.30pm.

Join Olivia Chey and Cedric Tan, sake experts from Kurara, and Jay Chua, the founder of Fossa Chocolate, as they guide you through a journey of 7 distinct sakes paired meticulously with 7 artisanal chocolates. This event is a rare opportunity to explore how the delicate flavors of sake can complement and enhance the rich notes of chocolate.

The tasting list includes an exquisite selection of sakes such as Mukyu Tenon Junmai Ginjo Amakumo and Izumibashi Sora Iro Kuro Tonbo Kimoto Junmai, paired with chocolates like Fossa Semuliki Forest – 72% Dark Chocolate and Fossa Salted Egg Cereal. Each pairing has been carefully chosen to provide an enlightening and enjoyable tasting experience.

Tickets for this event are transferable but not refundable. As an added bonus, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase their favorite sakes and chocolates from the tasting in-store during the event.
