Republic is set to host an enriching Wine Journey on Saturday, Feb. 24, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, featuring the distinguished wines of Zuccardi Valle de Uco. This vineyard, acclaimed as the World's Best Vineyard in consecutive years, 2020 and 2021, is renowned for its exquisite wines that embody the unique terroir of Argentina's Uco Valley. The event promises an exploration of 8 selected wines, including the notable Apelación Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, Concreto Malbec 2020, and Apelación Chardonnay 2020, each representing the pinnacle of Zuccardi's winemaking artistry.

To complement the wine selection, a chef’s choice cheese platter will be provided, carefully paired to enhance the flavors and experience of the tasting. Priced at S$68 per person, this event requires pre-payment for reservation, ensuring an exclusive experience for all attendees.
