HDB owners Lauren and Lloyd drew the attention of many because of their art gallery-looking flat, which is what they refer to as “a self-designed home.”
Applying for a BTO flat is a rite of passage for many Singaporean couples, but you also wouldn’t want to limit yourselves. We’ve listed here where you can find the most affordable and expensive towns to get a resale HDB.
The HDB will be offering 3,000 build-to-order (BTO) flats in three public housing projects in eastern Ulu Pandan, as per a press release by the HDB on Oct. 13.
The new housing estate, which is accessible via the Little India and Farrer Park MRT stations, is expected to be integrated with comprehensive sports and recreational facilities.
The BTO project will be available for sale in the next three years and is part of the 9,000 units to be constructed on the 48 hectares (ha) site that was first announced in 2013.
