For Real, Dough! Fendi Now Has an Actual Baguette Bag That Fits an Umbrella
Yes, we get it. Fendi is known for their Baguette bags, but we’re not talking about that. What we mean is the luxury brand taking things literally and releasing a clutch bag that has the same shape and look as the popular French bread.
Debuting at the Milan Men’s Fashion Week 2023-24 on Jan. 14, the baguette bag by artistic director Silvia Venturini Fendi was showcased inside a woven FF cashmere bucket bag.
The runway continued with the baguette bag still the center of attention, but it’s now fastened in a fluffy-looking beige Baguette bag with a brown leather buckle closure. Baguette-ception, anyone?
To end the playful showcase, the baguette bag was seen as an umbrella holder being carried at the back with a black leather strap.
