Spartan Race Thailand to Make a Return This August!

Making a smashing return after a two-year pandemic-induced hiatus, Spartan Race Thailand will take place between Aug. 13 and 14 this year at Huay Teung Tao in Chiang Mai.

The world’s biggest endurance and obstacle race is set to bring in over THB 300 million in revenue, with up to 4,000 participants from over 30 nations.

Those who have registered for previous skipped editions of the race can use deferment codes from prior signups to secure a spot for upcoming races. Instructions and registered codes will be sent to participants through email.

Spartan Thailand 2022 will feature two types of obstacle races; the 10-kilometre Spartan Super with 25 obstacles, and the 5-kilometre Spartan Sprint with 20 obstacles. Beginners are recommended to opt for the shorter Sprint race, whilst seasoned Spartans can opt for the Super race if they are up for a challenge.

Each race is offered at three ticket types: Open, Age Group, and Elite, with prices in ascending order. The Spartan Super starts at a price point of THB 2,000, whilst the Spartan Sprint begins at THB 1,800. Tickets can be purchased here.

Eager racers can stay tuned to the official Spartan Thailand Facebook page or the official Spartan Race site for more updates.
