Say Cheese! JÉRÔME's Burnt Cheesecake from Japan Is Now in Bangkok
In the mood for cheesecake? Good news, because one of Japan’s best cheesecake shops has arrived in town!
Tokyo-born JÉRÔME has opened its first shop-in-shop outlet outside Japan at the Thonglor Soi 13 in Bangkok, inside Mont Blanc by Kyo Roll En, bringing its signature burnt Basque cheesecake to the city.
With the new outlet, Thais will have a taste of JÉRÔME’s smoky, sweet, and tangy burnt cheesecake, made with a combination of fresh dairy from Hokkaido and rare cheese from the Basque Country in Spain.
Customers visiting the outlet can also expect an exquisite selection of Japanese-style coffees, teas, and other dessert options from Mont Blanc.
JÉRÔME is the namesake of its founder, Jérôme Quilbeuf, a renowned chef who worked at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Sant Pau in Spain and the two-Michelin-starred restaurant of the same name in Tokyo.
The new outlet is open from 10 AM to 9 PM daily. Visit this new dessert shop in town or order its mouthwatering cheesecake here.
