The festival season is back in full swing, with Rolling Loud staging an electrifying three-day event at Legend Siam in Pattaya. Happening from April 13-15, 2023, the famed hip-hop music fest promises a flurry of world-class performances from both international and regional acts, which have yet to be announced.

Home to meticulously made statues, pagodas, and temples, Legend Siam is a popular cultural theme park that can accommodate more than 20,000 people, making it a perfect venue for Thai fans wanting to rap their hearts out to the tunes of their favorite hip-hop artists.

An American franchise and the brainchild of entrepreneurs Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif, Rolling Loud is one of the biggest hip-hop music festivals in the world. The Miami-born event has become a global phenomenon, holding sold-out shows across the coast. Earlier this year, the high-profile festival hosted its first show outside the U.S. – Rolling Loud Canada – with artists Future, Wizkid, and Dave as headliners.

In September, the music events outfit held a festival in New York, with award-winning rapper Nicki Minaj as the main act. Come October, the company staged its pilot event in Europe – Rolling Loud Portugal – which was top-billed by rappers J. Cole, A$AP Rocky, and Future.

With its first foray in Southeast Asia next year, Rolling Loud aims to bring the best rap music to Thai fans who have a knack for urban contemporary music. The festival was originally scheduled to kick off its first Asian leg in Hong Kong in 2019, but was cancelled due to the series of riots and protests in the city.

Apart from music numbers, fans coming to Rolling Loud Thailand can look forward to food stalls offering a slew of mouthwatering snacks and beverages. Art activations and neon lights will also be scattered throughout the venue for photo ops with fellow music enthusiasts.

Tickets are available for THB8,500 (General Admission) and THB12,000 (VIP) via Ticketmelon. Those purchasing the VIP ticket will get perks such as exclusive VIP areas, private restrooms, early entry to the venue, a private bar, exclusive food vendors, and first dibs on Rolling Loud merchandise.
