Experience the captivating music of Ludwig van Beethoven with the KLPAC Orchestra at the Pentas 1 in the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre from April 26-28. Led by Maestro Lee Kok Leong, the orchestra presents "Beethoven: His Romance and Fire," a special program that showcases the diverse repertoire of the renowned German composer and pianist.

Beethoven's "Symphony No. 5," known for its iconic four-note opening motif, will take center stage. This symphony has become one of the most famous and recognised pieces in the world of classical music, transcending into popular culture and beyond.

In addition to "Symphony No. 5," the audience will also have the opportunity to experience the tender and gentle side of Beethoven with "Piano Concerto No. 4." Dr. Poom Prommachart, a recipient of the Best Solo Performance at the BOH Cameronian Arts Awards, will perform this beautiful concerto on the Yamaha CFX flagship concert grand piano, sponsored by Yamaha Music Malaysia. His exceptional talent and achievements, including being listed on the Rector's List of Honour for the Most Exceptional Graduates, make this performance a must-see.

The concert will also feature "Egmont Overture," one of Beethoven's rare works composed for a play of the same name.
