Happy Accidents, led by award-winning bartender Kate Gerwin, a James Beard semi-finalist and global bartending champion, showcases a playful and innovative approach. Signature creations include the Sandalwood Rob-Sih Roy, blending Sandalwood Infused Macallan 12 Year Scotch, Olorosso Sherry, and Black Walnut Bitters, and Needle and Thread, featuring No.3 Organic London Dry Gin, Madeira, Soursop, Lemongrass, and Pine.

Across the bar, Shinji’s, led by head bartender Gerald Cullhai, elevates mixology with precise, culinary-inspired cocktails like Donnie’s Element, Extreme Aviation, and Sarchophagus, each a sensory performance in itself.

With all cocktails priced at S$28++, limited seating is available. Early arrival is recommended to fully immerse in this exceptional collaboration.
