Savor the rich tapestry of culinary heritage at Marriott International’s Luxury Dining Series 2025, hosted at The St. Regis Singapore from Aug. 29 to 31, 2025. Under the theme “Forgotten Flavours,” this gastronomic celebration showcases reimagined traditional dishes through immersive dining experiences across Yan Ting, The Astor Grill, The Tea Room, and the soon-to-open St. Regis Bar Singapore.

At Yan Ting, delight in a four-hands Chinese dining experience (from S$138++ for lunch and S$228++ for dinner) with Chef Chan Chung Shing and Chef Daniel Wong of Jin Xuan, featuring historic delicacies like Golden Coin Crab Cake and White Pepper Chicken Soup. Indulge in a dim sum brunch on Aug. 31 (from S$168++) with optional champagne add-on.

The Tea Room hosts a locally-inspired afternoon tea (from S$65++) by Chefs Angela Lai and Ng Chee Leong, while The St. Regis Bar welcomes award-winning bartenders from Jakarta and Bangkok for a bar takeover (cocktails from S$26++). At The Astor Grill, a trio of chefs presents Portuguese-Italian tasting dinners (from S$198++) and a Sunday brunch finale with live jazz and champagne (from S$138++).
