Qixi Street Party at Keong Saik

Qixi Fest (七夕乞巧嘉年华) is reviving and reimagining the Qixi Festival (七夕节) in Singapore! Join the Qixi Street Party @ Keong Saik on Aug. 3 from 5 PM-9 PM (closed road between Jiak Chuan Road and Teck Lim Road) for a celebration filled with crafts, music, and mastery.

Purchase your S$7.70 ticket via go.gov.sg/qixifest3aug24 and enjoy booth activities, including “A Custom as Old as Time” needle threading challenge, water artwork creation, plant care tips, Qiqi cap crafting, Chinese calligraphy, Qixi festive snacks matching game, and writing your wishes.

Fringe activities include the Qiqi & Friends Exhibition, an international chess showdown by eight-year-old prodigy Ashwath Kaushik, and an Urban Sketching Corner with artist Anne Siew Kim Lim, great-granddaughter of Tan Keong Saik.

On stage, catch performances of lion dance, Cantonese opera, and a live band. The Clan Open House at Leong's Clan General Association will showcase Qixi Fest creations, including Qixi Qiao Guo Pastry, original music, and art with free entry.

Each ticket includes a goodie bag with an exclusive tote bag, traditional Chinese pastries, popcorn, F&B vouchers, poncho, and an activity card. Complete the activity card to receive a Qixi bottled water and a Twiggie!
