Korean Pop-up Restaurant at the Siam Kempinski
Korean culinary master and celebrity chef Edward Kwon is bringing authentic Korean cuisine to Bangkok. Guests can enjoy 12 courses of delectable dishes such as beef bulgogi, abalone Jjim, Busan charred mackerel samchi gui, and slow-cooked wagyu galbi, as well as a selection of Korean-inspired desserts, available until Oct. 7. One of the coolest hotels in Bangkok, SO/Bangkok will be treating sushi lovers to a vibrant Japanese dining experience with its tantalising robatayaki and sushi bar starting on Oct. 8. There will be 40 kinds of scrumptious hand-cut sushi, sashimi slices, and maki rolls, as well as charcoal-grilled meats and seafood.
