From April 17 to July 17, 2025, experience the refreshing elegance of elderflower at Raffles Courtyard, where six Southeast Asian-inspired cocktails take center stage in collaboration with St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur. These uniquely crafted drinks highlight the floral, citrusy notes of elderflower, paired with regional flavors like pandan, coconut, tom yum, and chrysanthemum tea.

Cocktail highlights include The Ondeh with coconut milk and palm sugar, Tuk Tuk Twist with tom yum-infused vodka, and Koulen Tea featuring Bombay Sapphire gin and lychee tea. Larger groups can opt for 1L carafes (serves up to 6), with each cocktail priced at S$22 or S$108 per carafe. Visit during Happy Hour (3 PM to 10 PM) to enjoy drinks from S$15 and carafes at S$88.

Don’t miss the special one-night-only guest shift by Maria Kim, St-Germain’s brand ambassador, on April 26 from 6 PM to 8 PM, where she’ll helm the bar and serve the full cocktail lineup. A pop-up floral booth will also let guests craft their own head wreaths for a personalized souvenir.
