Celebrate art, transformation, and the power of second chances at the Yellow Ribbon Community Arts Festival (YRCAF) this August 2025. With the heartfelt theme “We are Each Other’s Second Chances,” this festival invites the public to experience the untold stories and aspirations of inmates through powerful artistic expressions that reflect resilience, redemption, and hope.

From Aug. 2 to 6, visitors can explore a static exhibition at One Holland Village, featuring a compelling collection of inmate artworks. To broaden its reach, the roving art truck will take the exhibition across Singapore—visiting Discover Tanjong Pagar on Aug. 2-3, Our Tampines Hub on Aug. 9, National Day Heartland Celebrations @ North West on Aug. 10, Heartbeat@Bedok on Aug. 16-17, Suntec City on Aug. 23-24, and Gardens by the Bay on Aug. 30-31.

Through each installation, YRCAF shines a light on the artistic talents of inmates and the rehabilitative journey that art can enable. This is more than an art show—it’s a call to action to support second chances and foster a more inclusive community.
