Victoria Harbour to Host the World’s First 'Water Parade' with Giant Icons
From Oct. 25, 2025, four globally beloved characters — Japanese character Doraemon, KAWS & Sesame Street’s Elmo, McDonald’s Grimace, and Kasing Lung’s LABUBU — will first be displayed as giant floating inflatable sculptures in the waters off Tamar Park in Admiralty, before setting sail on Nov. 1.
