Michelin-Starred Restaurants MONO, Potong to Hold Four Hands Collab
Hong Kong’s dining scene is about to get more exciting, as two Michelin-starred restaurants are set to host a four hands collaboration this April.
For the 10th edition of its “Unplugged” collaboration series, JIA Group’s MONO, helmed by Chef Ricardo Chaneton, is offering a lunch and dinner menu made in collaboration with Asia’s Best Female Chef 2024 Chef Pichaya “Pam” Soontorniyakij’s Potong from April 23 to 24.
The menu will feature a blend of the two chefs’ culinary expertise, composed of Chaneton’s Italian-Venezuelan background and Soontorniyakij’s Thai-Chinese heritage.
The six-course lunch menu is available for HK$1,688, while the eight-course dinner menu is priced at HK$2,688, exclusive of service charges.
In a press statement, Chaneton shared his excitement over the collaboration, stating, “We’re creating something that’s unique and personal, inspired by our roots while resonating with Hong Kong diners.”
Soontorniyakij likewise stated that she is “thrilled” to be able to showcase her heritage to Hong Kong diners.
