Jazz Bar ELLA Opens at The Trilogy on Pottinger Street

If you love jazz, you must not miss this new bar at The Trilogy!

Named ELLA—after renowned American jazz singer Ella Fitzgerald—Singular Concepts’ recently opened bar along Pottinger Street promises to whisk its guests away from the city’s hustle and bustle and take them to the world of jazz music with live performances featuring soulful vocals and the romantic tunes of saxophones.

ELLA will also captivate its guests with more artists and music genres, including pop, Latin, and R&B. The space exudes an intimate atmosphere, inspired by the life and music of its namesake music icon.

Apart from a medley of enchanting tunes, the new bar is also home to a range of specially crafted cocktails and fares inspired by the flavours of New Orleans, Louisiana, the home of jazz music and clubs in the United States.

Some of the must-try cocktails are the Roasted Boulevardier and the Louie Sazerac, which are made in honour of jazz legend Louie Armstrong and classic pop icon Frank Sinatra.

The bar also brings the fine flavours of the vibrant city of jazz with dishes like Rockefeller Oysters, made with spinach cream and parmesan, as well as the New Orleans Muffuletta, made with mortadella, prosciutto, salami, mozzarella, olive salsa, and smoked provolone.
