Bar Bar Black Sheep

“Scr*w the wool, 'ave you any beer?”

This witty and amusing phrase came from a coffeeshop bar based on Robertson Quay – Bar Bar Black Sheep. The nursery rhyme "Baa Baa Black Sheep" served as the inspiration for this concept.

Since 2006, it has been one of the go-to places to chill and relax, thanks to its wide selection of quality drinks and modern style concept of alfresco dining. Some of its exclusive offers for alcoholic drinks are Pale Ales to IPAs, on tap and in bottles, Sheep Shape Sauvignon Blanc & Sheep Shape Cabernet Merlot, and Black Sheep Gin. On the other hand, the food listed on its menu will surely complement your cravings for North Indian, Thai, Burgers, and Western cuisines.

Bar Bar Black Sheep in Robertson Quay is open every Sunday to Thursday from 12 PM-11 PM and Friday and Saturday from 12 PM-12 AM. Aside from its flagship store, you can find Bar Bar Black Sheep in Cherry Avenue and Kent Ridge.

Bar.celona

Want to experience the nightlife scene in Spain and Singapore at the same time? Why not add Bar.celona to your bar hopping list? And while you're there, don’t miss trying out its bestselling tapas!

Bar.celona is a cava and tapas bar in Robertson Quay and opened their first bar in the largest city of Catalonia 48 years ago. It serves traditional Spanish appetizers, Jamon, hot and cold tapas, fresh seafood, and cava wine. Cava was originally produced in Catalonia, where the warm temperature of the Mediterranean provided grapes with a natural sugar content. Hence, producers do not need to add sugar to their products like Spain’s CAVA Brut Nature.

The bar is open daily from 5 PM-11:45 PM.

Location: Bar.celona Cava & Tapas Restaurant, 30 Robertson Quay #01-10 Singapore

Mallow

Nestled in The Intercontinental Singapore Robertson Quay Hotel, Mallow is a cocktail bar inspired from a plant forward concept curated by Sasha Wijidessa and Noma Alumni Christina Rasmussen from Denmark.

Mallow is an edible plant that widely grows in lawns, croplands, roadsides, and even waste sites. With Christina’s experience as a trained forager, she conceptualised this bar to inspire guests to live more eco-consciously.

The bar offers plant-based meals alongside some of the world's finest drink concoctions, such as whisky infused with king oyster mushrooms, red rice sake with a hit of sumac, and more. Most of its alcoholic drinks are infused with fruit flavours like pineapple, jackfruit, banana, raspberry, red and green apple, and more.

Location: Mallow, 1 Nanson Road, #02-07, InterContinental Singapore, Robertson Quay, Singapore
