BaseHall 02 at Jardine House is welcoming two new local vendors: CUÍT Sourdough Bakery and Draft Land ‘Cocktails on Tap’ bar. The additions are set to enhance the culinary experience at Hong Kong's premier dining destination.
CUÍT Sourdough Bakery, founded by two Michelin-trained sisters, is expanding its reach with CUÍT Épicerie at BaseHall 02. Known for its handcrafted, slow-fermented sourdough, CUÍT Épicerie will offer a variety of to-go sandwiches, gourmet groceries, and artisanal baked goods. Menu highlights include Ham & Cheese, Mortadella, Stracciatella, Ginger Scallion Oil Sandwich for HK$95, Cured Salmon with Cream Cheese and Pickled CucumberSandwich for HK$95, and Brown Butter Valrhona Dark Chocolate Chip Cookie for HK$35.
Draft Land, created by renowned bartender Angus Zo and award-winning mixologist Antonio Lai, brings a unique bar concept specializing in cocktails on tap. This innovative approach offers a fresh, sustainable, and efficient drinking experience. The menu features a rotating selection of craft cocktails and mocktails, including the Kyoto Ocha mocktail at HK$70 and cocktail at HK$120, Amethyst cocktail at HK$110, and Oolong Tea Collins at HK$100. Draft Land will also introduce the Ruby Haze cocktail, inspired by the classic Hong Kong drink Lemon Ribena Sprite, for HK$110. To celebrate the opening, Draft Land will offer a 15% discount on Ruby Haze and Young Master Pilsner during happy hour from 3-7 PM daily.
BaseHall 02 continues to champion Hong Kong’s culinary scene, providing a platform for local talents and innovative food concepts. The current vendor lineup at BaseHall 01 includes Benko by Nüte, Bengal Brothers, CREW, Honbo, Co Thanh, Thai Grill, Pub 1842, Return of Lemak, and Nocino. BaseHall 02 features Kamcentre Roast Goose, Ah Chun Shangdong Dumplings, On Lee Noodle Shop, Pinky Bakery, JJ’s, Mashi No Mashi, Porker, Maru De Sankaku, Ān Soy, Don Bowls & Rolls by Sushi Fujimoto, Twins Liangpi Limited, and Young Master & Friends.
